Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : Arrival at Barcelona
Arrival at Barcelona airport. You will be trans-ferred to your First Class hotel. It is suggested that you take advantage of the free time to get to know one of Europe’s most cosmopolitan cit-ies. In the evening, it is suggested to dine at the Pueblo Español, featuring architectural replicas from all of Spain’s regions. PREMIUM PACKAGE includes dinner tonight. Accommodations.
Day 2 : BARCELONA
Buffet breakfast. This morning enjoy an escorted tour of one of Europe’s most beautiful cities. See the ancient Gothic Quarter with its magnificent ca-thedral. Stop to admire the exterior of Gaudi’s mas-terwork, the Basilica of the Sacred Family (Sagrada Familia). Continue to Montjuich Hill (site of the Olympic Stadium), to enjoy a spectacular view of Barcelona and its port area. Free time for lunch on your own. Luncheon included today in PREMIUM PACKAGE. Day 3 : BARCELONA -MADRID
Buffet breakfast. Departure into old Aragon andinto the proud city of Zaragoza. Pause down-town in a main plaza where you will have free time to visit the impressive Basilica of El Pilar and have lunch on your own. Continue on to Madrid.In the early evening, enjoy an” drive through the bustling streets of the old city, ending at the historical and impressive Plaza Mayor. This morning’s escorted sight-seeing tour will allow you to get a glimpse of some of Madrid’s most outstanding attrac-tions, like the Puerta del Sol, the magnificent fountains of Neptune and Cibeles, the stately Alcala Gate, the busy Gran Via, the Plaza de Es-paña and the Plaza de Oriente.Free afternoon to explore Madrid’s famous Art Museums or perhaps take an optional tour to the Imperial former capital city of Toledo, where you will be escorted through its narrow cobblestone streets, soaking up the medieval atmosphere. Day 6 : SALAMANCA -SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
