Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : ARRIVE PHUKET
Your Thailand Tour starts On Arrival at Phuket, meet and greet by our representatives at Phuket Airport.Then, Transfer and check in to the hotel.
Stay overnight at the hotel in Phuket. Also, spend your day as per activities added in the package.
Moreover, Phuket is one of the most sought after holiday destinations with its string of stunning beaches, awe-inspiring temples, pulsating nightlife, the fascinating old town and a wide array of things to do and places to see.

Day 2 : PHUKET- PHI PHI ISLAND- PHUKET
Situated along the southern end of Thailand’s coast in the Andaman Sea. You will find one of the most idyllic tropical locations on earth – the islands of Ko Phi Phi. Made famous by the Hollywood movie starring Leonardo di Caprio – The Beach. Also, a day trip to the Phi Phi Islands is easy and a popular tour from either Phuket or Krabi.
On this sightseeing tour you will cruise by express ferry from Phuket to Phi Phi Don. Depending on the conditions you should arrive at the Phi Phi Islands around 10:30am.
Upon arrival to Phi Phi Don, the largest of the two islands found at Ko Phi Phi, there will be ample free time for you to use at your leisure for swimming and snorkelling amongst the coral or just relaxing on the white sand beaches, soaking up the sunshine.
Lunch is included in this tour and will be served at a local restaurant at midday. Around mid afternoon you will board the ferry for the journey back to Phuket.
Head back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 4 : TRANSFER TO PATTAYA VIA BANGKOK
Today check out of the hotel and take your flight from Phuket to Bangkok. On arrival at Bangkok head straight to 2.5 hour drive to Pattaya, a breathtakingly beautiful beach destination. It is here that you can hit the bars, bask on the beaches, shop till you drop, pamper yourself with a massage and relish mouth-watering Thai cuisine. And what does one say about the nightlife in Pattaya? Well, it is one of the most happening in the world.
You can spend the evening at leisure Return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Day 5 : PATTAYA
Spend your day as per activities added in the package . For day wise included activities , please refer to Inclusions. Day 6 : PATTAYA- BANGKOK
Today after early morning breakfast proceed for a drive to Bangkok. Check-in to your hotel in Bangkok and enjoy your evening at Bangkok’s famous Khaosan Road and Banglumphu after a shopping spree at the Pratunam. After dinner overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 : BANGKOK
After early morning breakfast at the hotel proceed to visit the world famous Royal Palace of Bangkok followed by a visit to the shopping arena of Siam Paragon Mall, later you can enjoy a cruise ride at on the River Chao Phraya. A visit to some to the Thai Massage Spa is a treat for the people who want to relax and indulge in the ancient art of Thai Massage.
Evening is always a fun-time for each and everyone street market is flocked with food stalls and sea food to the night club going high in spirit of western music. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8 : ONWARD/RETURN DESTINATION
Today after breakfast check-out from the hotel, and get transferred to the Suvarnbhumi International Airport to catch a flight to your return destination.
