Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.

Day 1 : INDIA ARRIVAL
On arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative at New Delhi station/airport. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and proceed for the sightseeing tour of “The Heart of India”, Delhi. Start your day with tour of Raj Ghat. If time permits, shop in the local market of Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, visit India Gate, Qutub Minar and the Lotus Temple.
Drive past the President’s House, Parliament House and the Government Secretariat Buildings. You will be given dinner reservations in Parikrama-The Revolving Restaurant. Enjoy fine dining in the revolving rooftop restaurant. Then, escort to Hauz Khas Village which is the clubbing hub of Delhi. Get a glimpse of the Delhi nightlife in here.

Day 2 : DELHI-JAIPUR (4hrs 15mins – 240kms)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and drive towards Jaipur. Once reached, check into your hotel and proceed for city tour of Jaipur. Drive to Fort Amber, the former capital of Kachhwaha Rajputs. On the way, you will stop to visit the city’s landmark: the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). Built during the 18th century, the five-storey building features 953 windows from where the royal women used to see the processions. Next you will head to Amber Fort, which lies on a 400-ft-tall hill and is surrounded by the chain of mountains known as Aravali.
The City Palace built in 1734, lies in the centre of Jaipur and is now the residence of the royal family of Jaipur and includes the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal, palaces and other buildings. Moreover, after that you will visit Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. In fact, the instruments are carved out of stone and marble serving to the sky observation. You will also learn to tie a Jaipuri turban in a variety of ways. Come back to the hotel.

Day 3 : JAIPUR-JAISALMER (10hrs – 560kms)
After breakfast, check-out from your hotel and proceed to the ‘Golden City’, Jaisalmer. Moreover, it is known as Golden City due to its yellow sandstone architecture. Jaisalmer is a popular destination among tourists due to its famous Camel Safari ride, havelis and spiritual places.

Day 4 : JAISALMER-BIKANER (5hrs 20min – 330kms)
After breakfast, check-out and drive towards the Bikaner city. Once reached, check-in to the hotel. Then get ready for a full day city tour. Proceed towards Junagarh Fort – famous for its network of havelis which has beautiful balconies and courtyards, watch towers made of red sandstone and marble. Also visit Har Mandir, a shrine, Chandra Mahal. No to mention, it has marvelous paintings, ceilings and a garden. Later in the evening, visit the camel breeding farm. Day 5 : BIKANER-JODHPUR (5hrs – 260kms)
After having breakfast, check-out and drive towards the second largest city in Rajasthan, Jodhpur. Check-in to the hotel. Proceed to Mehrangarh fort– one of the largest forts in India. The fort displays a selection of old royal palanquins (vehicles). Also, visit Jaswant Thada Memorial and observe the white marble jali (net) work and from terrace observe the scenic view of the city. Explore the Bishnoi villages to get a thrilling desert Jeep ride. Enjoy a barbeque dinner after ride at the village. Head back to the hotel.

Day 6 : JODHPUR-UDAIPUR (4hrs 30mins – 250kms)
After breakfast, check-out and proceed towards the ‘City of Lakes’, Udaipur- the luxurious city of Rajasthan. Check-in to the hotel. Visit Udaipur City Palace situated over Lake Pichola. The breathtaking architecture of the palace makes it a popular destination. Also, it has various small palaces but the main palace is now a museum displaying artefacts. After sunset boat ride at Lake Pichola is a must. Enjoy dinner at the luxurious rooftop restaurant. Drive back to the hotel.

Day 7 : UDAIPUR
After breakfast, proceed for a full day city tour. Proceed to Jagdish Temple – a temple made in the 17th century is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is one of the largest temples of the city. The temple has incredible carved pillars, sculptures of dancers and elephants. Visit Saheliyon ki Bari, also known as ‘Garden of the Maidens’ is located on the banks of Fateh Sagar Lake.
