Payment Policy
- Pay 50% amount in advance of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
- All payments have to be clears 30 days prior to the date departure failing which IML keeps the right to release the bookings.
- International tickets will be issued within 24 hours from the time of advance payment.
- Booking voucher and final itinerary will be provided maximum 7 calendar days prior to the schedules departure.
- IML travel shall not be responsible for any change in flight schedule and cancellation without prior intimation. The guests must reconfirm the flight schedule at-least 03 days prior to the date of departure either directly from the airline or IML helpline number +91 921 3732000.
- All transfers are as per itinerary, in the event of guests not turning up at the pick-up point at the scheduled departure time, there is no provision of alternative transfer arrangement.
- IML Travel shall not be held liable for the partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control and unforeseeable, including but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, military actions, or actions by governmental authorities (collectively referred to as 'Force Majeure'). In such events, the time period for fulfilling the obligations herein shall be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation stage: 30 days or more before departure. 25% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days or more before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 20 to 29 days before departure. 50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 10 to 29 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 to 19 days or less before departure. 75% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 07 to 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure. 100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days or less before departure.
- Flights Cancellation: Domestic/International For all Domestic / International Flights we will comply with airline cancellation policy for standalone flight bookings or packages inclusive of Domestic/International flights.

Day 1 : Arrival at Bhopal – Satpura
On arrival at Bhopal railway station/airport, meet our travel guide who will be there for your welcome and thereafter to take you to Madhai range of Satpura, which is about 4-hour drive. On arrival, check in at the hotel/resort as per the chosen option. In the evening, we will go for a boat safari and have a lifetime experience. Thereafter, return back to the hotel/resort for a relaxing overnight stay.
Satpura is one of the most recent parks in Central India. Lies around a river, Satpura is a Tiger Sanctuary that provides a lifetime experience to the visitors. Major highlights of the sanctuary are boat safari, walking safari, and canoe safari. Also, the Jeep safari is available in the park and is considered excellent for Bird watching, Gaurs (Indian Bison) and Sloth Bears.
Day 2 : Satpura
We will start our day a little early in the morning today and proceed for morning Jeep Safari that will help you in exploring the wilds in woods. Afterward, return back to the hotel for lunch. After lunch in the afternoon, we will leave for Elephant Safari/ Canoe Safari/ Walking Safari /Jeep Safari as per the schedule. Safari is the best way of exploring each and every corner of Satpura. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel/resort in Satpura.
Day 3 : Satpura: Departure
On the last day of our tour, we will return back to Bhopal in the morning after breakfast, which is about 200 km away. On arrival, get a direct transfer to the airport/railway station to catch the flight or board train for onward destination.

Satpura National Park derives its name from the Satpura mountain range (Satpura means Seven Mountains) that falls in the sanctuary. Satpura boasts one of the most beautiful landscapes in India…full of gorges, ravines, and dense forests. The reserve has varied biodiversity and is home to various flora and fauna. The Tigers, Leopards, and Sloth bears rule the forest along with other species that include Wild boar, Fox, Porcupines, Chinkara, Spotted deer, Sambar deer, Indian giant Squirrel and so on. About 254 species of birds are also found here including a few globally rare ones.
