Detailed Information
- Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival in Belgium + Old passport.
- Visa Application forms.
- 2 photographs of 35X45mm, white background matte finish, 80% face size.
- A Covering letter including the details of the travel, applicant and who will bear the expenses.
- Hotel confirmation for the entire stay.
- Confirm Air tickets.
- Detailed Travel itinerary.
- Travel Insurance
- Income tax returns or Form 16 for last 3 years.
- Original personal bank statements for last 6 months with sufficient balance.
- If employed – Salary Slips for last 3 months
- Original Leave letter from Employer/School/College.
- If Self Employed require Shop Act/MOA/Deed.
Note:-
Applicants need to go personally for submission with prior appointment if applying for first time to Schengen Country after 2nd November 2015.
