- Online visa application form
- Original Valid Passport
- Letter of invitation Copy from inviting partners in Uzbekistan (travel agents, Tourist Company or etc.) (except for citizens of the US, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, France, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, Latvia and Malaysia).
- Two Recent photographs. Attach passport-sized photographs to your application forms.
- Passport must have at least one blank page to affix the visa. It should be valid 90 days more than the period of stay in Uzbekistan.
- Fees – To be paid on collection only.
- If applying by courier service or mail – Before you send your documents, please contact the consular section to assure that visa issuance confirmation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is in place (except for citizens of the US, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, France, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, Latvia and Malaysia).
- Incomplete visa applications are not accepted. Also, a personal interview with an applicant is required. In case any person is declined to get entry visa to Uzbekistan, the Consular Section of the Embassy reserves the right to provide no explanation.
- For citizens of the US, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, France, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, Latvia and Malaysia – visas are issued within 3-4 working days.
- For citizens of other countries – visa applications processing may take up to 10 working days (except for transit visas and those cases when visa support is already arranged and transmitted to the Embassy).
- If you are traveling on holiday\tourism (except for citizens of the US, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, France, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, Latvia and Malaysia): Most of the tour operators and travel agencies will apply for your visa on your behalf to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (please contact your travel agent).

- Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.

- The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.

- Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
