Detailed Information
- Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival in Slovenia. (Old passport if any.)
- Visa Application forms.
- 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
- Covering letter stating the details of the visit and applicants travelling.
- Hotel Voucher for the entire duration of Stay.
- Certificate of the travel agency that confirms the booking of an organised trip or any other appropriate document that indicates the envisaged travel plans.
- Original guarantee letter authenticated by the Administrative Unit in Slovenia.
- Confirm Air Tickets
- Day to Day Detailed Itinerary
- Original and copy of Travel Insurance
- Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
- Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
- Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed.
- Original Leave Letter from Employer / School/ University.
- Retire proof /Pension order- if retired.
- If self-employed, then Business Registration is needed eg Shop Act / MOA / Deed.
- Student/College ID card / Bonafide Letter – if student.
Minors:
- If the minor travels with one parent only, then written consent certified by public notary of the other parent or guardian is needed. Except in cases of a parent having the care or custody alone.
- If the minor is travelling without parents: written consent certified by public notary of both parents or guardians having the care and custody of the applicant is needed;
- Passport copies of the parents. If not applicable, birth certificate of the applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents.

- The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.

- Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
