Detailed Information

Original Passport should be valid for at least six months along with photocopy of all full pages of current passport duly notarized .
Application form for a Schengen visa, fully and correctly filled in and signed by the applicant.
Travel medical insurance covering the territory of all Member States as well as the entire period of the intended stay. Also, the insurance policy should cover any eventual expenses relating to repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention and/or emergency hospital treatment. Minimum coverage: 30.000 Euro.
(Important information for applications lodged in India: as of 01/10/2013, travel medical insurances will be accepted only if they are issued by specific Indian insurance companies. Please refer to the following link (“All about visas”)
Clear photocopy of the first and last page of the passport
2 Recent passport size color photographs with white background.(80% Face Clear Visibility on matt finish paper)
Covering letter from the applicant stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit (format attached)
Letter from organization who is sponsor them with list of applicants name and passport no
NOC letter from parents with passport copies
Proof of financial solvency – Copies of property papers, fixed deposits or investments (if any).
Personal Bank statements for the last 6 months (till date) (personal/parents)
Personal Income Tax Returns/ Form 16A for the last 3 years.(personal/parents)

Marriage card from both side with engagement photographs
Noc/financial letter from mother of male/female applicant with passport copy
Bank statements of father of male/ female applicant with passport copy
Bank statements of mother of male/female applicant with passport copy
Personal income tax papers for last 03 years of father of male/female applicant with passport copy
Personal income tax papers for last 03 years of mother of male/female applicant with passport copy

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
