Detailed Information
- Original passport which should have 06 months validity from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any.) Passports issued within the previous 10 years must not exceed the validity of 10 years. It must have 2 blank pages.
- Visa Application forms.
- 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and matte finish, 80% face size.
- Covering letter stating the details of the travel and applicant.
- Confirmed Hotel Vouchers.
- Travel agency certificate of the prepaid program (if done through any travel agency).
- Confirm Return ticket.
- Day to Day detailed Itinerary.
- Overseas Travel Insurance.
- Last 3 years Income tax returns or Form 16
- last 6 months updated Original personal Bank Statements bank seal and sign on each and every page with sufficient balance.
- If employed – Salary Slips of last 3 months
- If the applicant is employed then Original Leave Letter on Company letterhead is required
- If retired – Retirement proof or Pension order
- If Self Employed – Company registration proof e.g. Shop Act, MOA etc.
- If student – Student id and bonafide letter
Minors – If travelling is unaccompanied by parent(s), then consent letter is required signed by both parents & applicant. Form signed by both parents. Copy of the parent(s)’ passports data page.

- Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
