Detailed Information

Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any.) Passports which are issued within the previous 10 years should not exceed the validity of 10 years. It must have 2 blank pages.
Visa Application forms.
2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
A Covering letter mentioning himself/herself, stating the purpose, duration & itinerary of the visit in brief.
Overseas Travel Insurance
Confirm Hotel Vouchers. Travel itinerary or copy of booking. People joining cruise liner in the onward journey, also should provide the tickets.
Confirm Return ticket.
Day to Day detailed Itinerary.
Income tax papers for last 03 yrs or Form 16.
Last 6 months updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed.
If employed, then Original Leave Letter on Company letterhead is required
If retired, then Retire proof or Pension order
If self-employed, then Business Registration is needed
Student id and bonafide letter – if student.
One Copy of first page of passport need to be submitted and one set of Colored copy of the entire passport including blank pages. (Old passport has colored copies of first and last page and UK, US, Australia, Canada and Previous Schengen Visa Copies if any.)

Documents of visa received before 5:30pm will be processed on the same calender day. All documents received after 05:30pm will be processed on the next working day.
It must be noted that grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and IML Travel is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner.
The Embassy/ consulate also reserves the right to ask for further documentation / personal appearance at any time during the processing of the application.
We will not be liable for the Delay in processing by the Consulate/Embassy.
Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy.
