Detailed Information
- Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any.) It must have at least 2 blank pages available.
- Visa Application forms.
- 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
- Covering letter stating the travel details and applicant information.
- Confirmed hotel booking
- Day to Day Detailed Tour Itinerary.
- Confirm Air tickets.
- Original leave letter from Employer/School/University.
- Salary slips for last 3 months – if employed.
- Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with bank seal & sign and sufficient balance.
- Income tax / Form 16 for last 3 years.
- Overseas ravel Insurance.
- Company registration proof eg. Shop ACt/MOA/Deed – if self employed.
- International credit card + statement if any.
- If retired, then Retire proof or Pension order
If Minors under the age of 18 are traveling alone, they have to provide a written consent certified by public notary of both parents having the custody of the minor. If he/she is traveling with one parent only, a written consent certified by public notary of the other parent or guardian is required.
