Detailed Information
- Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any.)
- 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
- Visa Application forms. 1 Photo pasted on Form with half sign on form and half sign on Photo. Also, forms should be printed back to back.
- A Covering letter stating the details of visit and travel plan.
- Confirmed Hotel Vouchers with details of hotel, name, address contact number.
- Confirm Return ticket.
- Income tax returns/form 16 for last 3 years.
- Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
- Foreign exchange of USD 500 – Forex Receipt OR International credit card statement.
- Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed
- Original Leave letter from Employer / School / University is required.
- If self-employed, then Business Registration is needed eg. Shop Act / MOA / Deed.
- School/College ID card copy / Bonafide Certificate – if student.
- If retired, then Retire proof or Pension order
