Detailed Information
- Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival. (Old passport if any.) with at least 2 blank pages.
- Visa Application Form
- 2 recent colored photos of 3 cm x 4 cm with white background and matte finish 70% face size.
- A Covering letter stating the details of visit, applicants and travel Itinerary
- Hotel accommodation. Also, Paid voucher accommodation at a tourism unit.
- Day to Day Detailed Tour Itinerary.
- Travel Insurance that covers one day longer beyond the intended period of stay. Original + copy.
- Confirm return air tickets.
- Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance and bank seal & sign. amount of EUR 50/day for the entire period, but not less than EUR 500.
- Salary slip last 3 months – if employed.
- Original leave letter from Employer/School/University.
- Letter of certification of employment – if employed.
- Company registration proof eg Shop Act/MOA/Deed – if self employed..
- Student / College ID card copy – if student
- Foreign Exchange or Credit Card copy
Authorization Letter : For applicants who are not able to present themselves to apply for visa or for document legalization, they have to provide Authority for submission on behalf of applicant.
Note – Applicants personally need to go for submission of documents to Romanian Embassy. We can submit the application on behalf of passenger Token charges applied.

- Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
