Detailed Information
- Original valid passport for a minimum period of three months after the expiry date of the visa (passports issued more than ten years ago are no longer accepted) * and 1 old passport if applicable plus one copy of the first and last page of the current passport. The passport should have 2 blank pages.
- Visa application form – should be filed and signed by Black pen only & block letters.
- 2 recent photographs not older than 6 months of 35 mm X 45 mm with white background and matte finish, not used for previous visa.
- Proof of hotel booking, (verifiable) mentioning the name, passport number of applicant(s) and duration of visit, physical address, as well as contact details of the hotel as well as authorized signature’s name, designation and signature;
- Confirmed Air Ticket.
- Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements duly stamped and signed by the bank.
- Income Tax Returns for last 3 years.
- If the applicant’s passport is on maiden name, then Marriage certificate is required
- Covering letter addressed to – To,Visa officer, Consulate General of South Africa, Mumbai’.
- Student Id/Bonafide – if student.
- If retired, then Retire proof or Pension order
- Other Cash investments like FD, PPF, Shares, Bonds, Policies and property papers.
If the applicant is employed:
- Pay Slips for last 3 months.
- Employment Contract.
NOC for leave from employer/ school/ university clearly stating the name, passport number of applicant(s) and duration of visit. Letter should have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signature’s name, designation and signature.
If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:
- Certificate of registration of the company + 2 Letterheads.
Documents if Visiting Friend / Family:
- Passport & Visa Copies attested by local notary/police authority.
- Invitation letter attested by local notary/police authority.
- Address proof attested by local notary/police authority.
- Last 6 months Salary slips and Bank statement- attested by local notary/police authority.

- Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
