Detailed Information
- Original passport which should be valid for 06 months from the date of arrival in Sweden. (Old passport if any.)
- Visa Application forms.
- 2 photographs of 35 X 45 mm with white background and Matte finish, 80% face size.
- A Covering letter mentioning himself/herself, stating the purpose, duration & itinerary of the visit in brief.
- Confirmed Hotel Vouchers for the entire duration in Schengen.
- Confirm Air tickets.
- Day to Day Detailed Itinerary
- Overseas Travel Insurance
- Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.
- Last 6 months (original) updated Saving Bank Statements with sufficient balance
- Salary Slips for last 3 months – if employed.
- Original Leave Letter from Employer / School / University.
- If retired, then Retire proof or Pension order
- If self-employed, then Business Registration is needed eg. Shop Act, Deed, MOA etc.
- Student/College ID card / Bonafide certificate – if student
If Children are not travelling with both parents (under 18 years of age), then written consent letter is required that should be certified by public notary of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian;
If the Children are travelling alone (under 18 years of age), then written consent letter is required which should be certified by public notary of both parents or legal guardian;
In all cases: copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian/s) or PAN cards or driving licenses.

- Visa fees/charges are non-refundable of the mostly countries. Whatsoever, the applicant accepts that IML Travel Services is not responsible for any delay in processing or granting or rejection of the visa application by the Embassy
